There are many definitions for empowerment, but I'd like to define this word from my point of view;
To me empowerment means:
Empower people do not look for money, instead they look for their joy and they look for finding ways to better serve people while they enjoy every moments of their job,
Empower people do not look for love and do not expect people to love them, instead they train themselves to be lovely person and to love people unconditionally,
Empower people do not look for people's approval, instead they try to be 100 percent responsible to achieve what they want, no matter some people criticize them or do not appreciate their value,
Empower people do not expect people to bring happiness for them, instead they try to find happiness and joy in their life and to be source of happiness in others' lives.
And finally empower people are powerful people who live in abundance. They are totally free and they do not expect anything from anybody. They can achieve everything they want by the power of their mind and by taking right actions. They enjoy every moments of their life and they bring joy to others.
